Located North of Syracuse, this plant primarily produces our award winning New York Cheddar. Rebuilt in 2009 this state-of-the-art cheese processing plant now has double the capacity of the old plant. Most of the premium cheese produced here is aged for later sale; our customers demand the consistent and high quality product that this plant produces.
Adams Reserve Cheddar and all Great Lakes Cheeses are sold exclusively through retail and food service distribution channels.
