Located north of Syracuse near the eastern shore of Lake Ontario, this cheesemaking facility produces our award-winning, naturally aged New York cheddars. These great cheeses get their distinctive flavor, in part because of the ideal agricultural conditions found in upstate New York allowing dairy producers the ability to produce a unique quality milk supply and by the careful craftsmanship of the Adams’ cheesemakers.
