Our processed cheeses are made to include carefully selected natural cheese types that produce superb taste, consistency, and performance. It maintains its smooth body and texture when cold, yet melts easily when heated. Our Processed Cheese line provides extraordinary value, exact slice counts and extended shelf life.

Our popular processed cheese varieties include American Deluxe, Cheese Food, Cheese Spread, Cheese Product, 2% and Fat Free, and are available in 2lb spreads, IWS, and Deli Loaves.

Great Lakes Cheese is a leading producer of artisanal Blue Veined Cheeses for both retail and foodservice operations. As with all Great Lakes products, our Blue Veined Cheeses are produced with the highest quality standards and are available in crumbles, exact weight wedges, and full deli wheels.

In addition to our savory Blue, Great Lakes also offers a variety of other specialty cheeses which are of exceptional quality and distinction. Our full-line program includes Blue, Brie, Boursin, Feta, Goat, Gorgonzola, Grated Italian and Smoked Cheeses.

Our specialty portfolio extends to include imported cheeses for the most contemporary palates. As a leading cheese importer, Great Lakes sources cheeses from Denmark (Havarti, Blue, Fontina and Brie), Holland (Gouda and Edam), Switzerland (Emmentaler and Gruyere) and Norway (Jarlsburg and Jarlsberg Lite).
