Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce


  • ½ lb. of linguine noodles
  • 6 Medium sized Tomatoes (quartered)
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Clove of Garlic (minced)
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Parsley
  • ¼ Cup Your Brand Parmesan Cheese (shaved)


Boil linguine noodles, according to packaging, drain, and return to the pot. In a food processor, blend tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss the pasta with the tomato sauce, and sprinkle with fresh parsley and shaved Parmesan.
