RetailGreat Lakes Cheese provides complete retail programs and ensures high quality products for our customers. Our state-of-the-art facilities have the capability to provide natural and processed and specialty cheeses in a variety of sizes and packaging options.

All of our products are created to meet the strict criteria of today's dynamic foodservice operations. Our cheese delivers superior flavor, functionality and performance. Every product is manufactured with rigorous quality control and safety in HAACP and USDA-certified facilities.

IngredientsIngredients

Great Lakes Cheese produces American and Italian Cheese in our two New York Cheese Plants. Specialty Whey Ingredients produced include Whey Protein Concentrate 80% (instantized), Whey Permeate Powder and Grade A Sweet Whey Powder. Products are Kosher and Halal approved.
