Today, Great Lakes Cheese has over 2 million square feet of production space and over 100 production lines.

Our national footprint helps minimize lead times and lower costs to customers. With a private transportation fleet equaling about 10% of our total traffic lanes, Great Lakes partners with an assortment of third party carriers to delivery product efficiently and on time. Our SAP ERP System provides real time visibility of data transactions and supports our 99% service levels.
